I really needed a shoulder rest for my work phone, because it’s super hard to take a message down while trying to hold a telephone to your ear. I’m an executive assistant, and I take a lot of messages, let me tell you. It’s a crime that my boss didn’t buy this for me – but it is what it is, so I bought myself one. I got this one because the shiny outside makes it easy to keep clean – no weird foam spongey holes for germs to get trapped in and then end up back on my face – imagine the break outs. Ick.Anyway, so this AbilityOne Angular Shape Telephone Shoulder Rest is exactly as advertised. It took a minute to figure out positioning, but once I took the paper off the sticker, it stuck really well, and doesn’t seem to be in danger of falling off. It keeps my phone where I need it, and makes it way easier to answer the phone and be on the computer at the same time.I imagine if you’re on phones 24/7 you’d want a headset, so you don’t get a crick in your neck – but for what I do, it works really well.
