Revolation V 9 lbs Chocolate Tempering Machine

I was very excited about finding a great deal on this machine and how it would make making chocolates easier than using the microwave. 1st off, it does temper the chocolate easier than using the microwave process and my arm thanks the stirrer for that. 2nd of all, I don’t think it has helped with making a mess any less than or the overall process of making chocolates easier as soon as you take the bowl out after reaching the correct temperature, you have to basically start over and reset the settings as if youre starting all over again. I’m surprised that it cannot remember that you are in the middle of making chocolates and keep the original settings from the beginning. its a very expensive chocolate temperer if that’s the only thing it does, I dont think it is worth it for just that function. I wish it had better temperature management when pouring the chocolate into the molds (basically better logic) for my basic home making hobby.
