Cheese Raclette with Foldable Wood Handle, Mini Tea Light Raclette Set Candlelight Raclette Cheese Raclette Melter for Grill

I didn’t want to invest in a large raclette device so decided on a whim to try this. I wasn’t expecting much. Was I wrong! First of all it’s adorable, washes nicely in dishwasher (though not too often b/c handle is wood). AND with four tea lights the raclette melts … fast and bubbly. Of course it doesn’t do what a bigger raclette device would do but for just two diners this is awesome, fun and romantic . So, in case you don’t know this is how raclette cheese is served in Switzerland: enjoy with some small boiled potatoes, some little French cornichons & little pickled cocktail onions. Also add some freshly ground black pepper if desired. I also serve a nice green salad of Boston lettuce. Yummy! Easy! Bon appétit!
