Betty Crocker Stand Mixer, One Size, Red

Gorgeous metallic red. Reasonable priced. I like the fact it can be used with or without the stand. I have arthritis and some days I just don’t have the strength to hold a hand mixer for any length of time, so I thought I would try a stand mixer. But the a ridiculously expensive. I only bake occasionally, once a month or less, so investing hundreds in a stand mixer seemed frivolous. This one was inexpensive and I loved the retro look. Works well, the bowl actually spins. The only issue is that the bowl seems a bit small and it cant be replaced with a larger one as it is specifically designed to fit this mixer. But if a larger batch is needed, there is always the option of using the hand mixer. Cant speak to longevity or durability. Used it to make banana bread and it worked well. Pleased.
