Biota Goldflake Green Chalice frag

Product Description Echinophyllia sp. – This Goldflake Green Chalice has been growing in our Biota Florida facility for some time, and we are now offering in-house grown frags. The Orange Chalice prefers moderate water flow and lighting and will have the most intense coloration when it is slowly and carefully acclimated to brighter lighting, but also does well in the lower sections of a well-lit aquarium. Give it plenty of space to grow away from other corals. Like other LPS corals, this coral requires stable alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and trace elements for health and skeleton building. It gets most of its nutrition from symbiotic zooxanthellae, but does best when fed a variety of coral foods and frozen foods.
